Occurence: Represents a message handled by the SMS Inbox tool.
Key Data: The campaign data includes inbox log identifier for the message received, as well as the body of the message. The origin of the message, as well as whether the message was Inbound from a supporter, or an Outbound response from an agent is also represented.
