Click-to-Talk#
Occurence: A transaction is generated for each target contact reached when a supporter takes action using a page of type 'Click-to-Call'. As a target action may return multiple contacts, this can result in multiple transactions being generated for a single page submission.
Key data: The campaign status indicates that a target has been contacted ('P'). The status of 'R' means that intention was recorded, e.g a supporter filled in their personal details, but did not actually commit to making the call. Details about the target contact reached are First name, Last name and Organization only, as provided by the contact record returned by the page.

The status of this supporter action.

Occurs as either:
R
R is a record of registration. In this context this means that the supporter had an intention to take action, but did not actually complete the process (did not submit all the pages).
P
P is a record of participation. In this context this means that a call was placed to the identified target contact.
