Peer-to-Peer Team Member Exit#

Occurence: A member has departed a fundraising team.

Key Data: Site id, Site Reference Name,Team's Page Id, Team Reference Name, Team Name, Team Captain Id, Participant Page Id The link between the participating member and the team page can be removed.
